OUR READERS
We promote readers who attain a clear channel, that is a reader who is able to present a clear, un- bias interpretation of messages from spirit without ego. You alone are in control of your future. With many readers coming out of the wood work, it is sometimes hard to know who to see and what to expect. Our readers are carefully screened, with the majority aging from late 30’s onwards thus acquiring life experience as well as reading abilities.

What to expect from a reading
Readers act as a medium between your physical world here on Earth and the spiritual realm where lie your deceased loved ones, your guides and your Akashic records of your past life, current life challenges and future potentials. To conduct a reading is a delicacy. The more open you are to receiving information from a reader, the easier it is for a reader to “download” information. You alone are in control of your life and the messages you give out as well as receive. There fore if you arrive to a session with pre-conceived ideas and expectations and demands, already the reading is challenged. It is the heart chakra which is the centre of power, not the mind or ego. If you open your heart to yourself, you will hear and feel the messages more clearly. This is our challenge in life, to evolve into a comfortable space within our hearts and allow life to flow, messages to flow and happiness to flow. We each have lessons to learn and karma to work with. When we are challenged, we ask questions. A reader can assist with these questions but only as far as YOU are open to be assisted.

Aborting a session
Both reader and client have the right to abort a session with full refund within the first 10 minutes of the reading, after which standard rates apply. It does occur occasionally that a reader and client are not suited and the reader is not able to read for them. There is nothing wrong with this. It simply means the channel (reader) is not the most appropriate one for you and your guides do not wish to communicate via this channel. In addition, the reader may receive a message not to read for you also and will let you know. Do not be offended, we cannot control the spiritual realm. It is meant to be free. Our friendly staff will be able to advise and refer you to our other readers.
